2016 Annual Report to Congress

On February 8, 2017, the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council conducted a written significant action vote (via email to the Executive Director) to adopt and transmit the 2016 Annual Report to Congress (31 U.S.C. § 1321(t)(2)(vi)(I)(cc)). Per the RESTORE Act, this report summarizes the policies, strategies, plans and activities for addressing the restoration and protection of the Gulf Coast region required under section 311(t)2(C)(vii)(VII) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
