Within weeks of the DWH incident, BP/UAC established the Alternative Response Technology effort to receive and evaluate the thousands of containment and clean-up technology ideas coming in from the public. While we will continue to sort through the 120,000 ideas for possible vetting and use in the future, we are no longer actively seeking input.
